Affiliate Membership

If you provide products and services to special assets professionals, you are eligible to become an Affiliate Member and gain exposure to over 100 special assets professionals, chief credit officers and senior credit officers from more than 50 banks, CMBS special servicers, and credit unions.

Eligibility Requirements
Affiliate Membership is only open to individuals who provide valued services to special assets professionals on an ongoing basis. Affiliate Membership is subject to the board’s approval.

Affliliate Membership Application
If you would like to apply for Affiliate Membership, please download the application form and the affiliate membership questionnaire and return them with your payment. Your application will be reviewed by the SAMA board for approval.

Affiliate Membership Dues
The annual dues for Affiliated Members are $1,500*. The dues for new members joining SAMA are prorated in equal twelfths from January 1 through December 31. Membership dues are not transferrable or refundable.
